Savva Savas

HOST, DAD, CATERING ENTREPRENEUR

Hospitality impresario, Savva Savas is a captivating conversationalist in the Australian food scene and for more than 25 years has contributed food experiences to some of Australia’s premiere events and intimate gatherings, through his catering company PLATED.

Savva established Three Food Memories to create conversation around his belief that food, and the importance it has in our lives, is a driver of social connection, and can help bring about positive change in the world.

Of Greek Cypriot heritage,  Savva was raised in a close-knit extended family home in Sydney and later on their working farm on the Central Coast, where both his parents were able to continue using the agricultural skills and paddock to plate practices that they grew up with.  Gatherings around food and the celebration of, remain engrained memories for him. Informing his purpose of the Three Food Memories podcast.
